Seven Arrows treatment model offers a comprehensive array of services. Length of stay is based on each individual’s progress through treatment. Our highly structured model was developed to treat an array of individuals including those in recovery for the first time, along with those who struggle with chronic relapse. Our team develops individualized treatment plans that take into account co-occurring disorders, behavioral concerns and life goals. Each client is provided with a dedicated counselor for individual therapeutic sessions and creative group therapies.
A program rooted in holistic approaches combining a variety of Eastern, western, indigenous and modern therapies and experiences to help our clients forge their own path to spiritual healing, mental wellness, emotional health and recovery.
Alongside our unique methodology sits our traditional approach to residential treatment. Instead of distractions, we focus your energy on healing. Every aspect of our program was intentionally designed to promote long term wellness and stability in addiction recovery.
Set along the base of the Swisshelm Mountains, our location is not by chance. We utilize the healing powers of the desert sun and allow our clients the experience of connecting with nature through a variety of experiential therapies. From our community garden to our Healing Horses program, we understand the profound impact that nature can have on our clients healing and recovery.
As part of our programming, each client is responsible for an equine friend (horse) throughout their stay. From various studies and our own personal experience, we know that horses have the ability to aid in recovery by establishing an emotional connection with your equine friend that leads to a solid foundation for long term recovery.
By design, our program encompasses different facets of evidence-based, traditional, modern and holistic therapeutic solutions that allow for a 360 approach to treatment. Our clinical team has decades of experience guiding others through a journey of self-discovery, healing and recovery from substance use and co-occurring conditions.
At the Seven Arrows ranch, you will find a long and rich history stretching back decades leading up to the transformative community you see today. Our treatment center sits on 160 acres at the base of the Swisshelm Mountains, not far outside metro Tucson, offering a secluded, yet accessible facility. We know that unlike other rehabs, we have taken a more minimal approach to some aspects of our facilities. We don’t allow cell phones and there’s no TVs in the rooms on purpose. We want you to be able to sit with yourself and truly focus on what you are learning about yourself throughout the treatment process.
We understand and are personally invested in the indigenous communities in Arizona and throughout the country. There are 22 federally recognized indigenous tribes in Arizona alone, and we understand that addiction is not a discriminatory disease. We combine a special blend of indigenous spiritual traditions like fire ceremonies and our sweat lodge, while also utilizing a fabric philosophy that is a nonlinear approach integrating a Native American medicine wheel and ceremonies to provide a spiritual interconnectedness between our clients, the community, and the world as a whole.
