Placida Valdez
Placida was born in Arizona and was raised in Mexico in a bordertown. Life led her to Phoenix for 10 years, 3 years in Tucson, and eventually to Elfrida. Her two children are her whole life and she wanted them to experience childhood growing up in a small community, like she did.
Placida has been with Seven Arrows Recovery since its inception, starting as night watch and doing anything and everything that has been placed in front of her.
