Laura Harder LAC, M.A

Laura Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Temple University in Philadelphia, and a Master of Arts in Art Therapy and Counseling from Southwestern College in Santa Fe. Laura has worked in community mental health and residential settings throughout New Mexico and Arizona since 2013.

Laura has a passion for treating addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. She works largely from a cognitive-behavioral perspective, believing that each individual has control over his/her thoughts, behaviors, and actions, and therefore is capable of change.

Laura’s training includes Trauma-Informed Care, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Somatic Action Methods, EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), Sandtray Therapy, Family Therapy, and Transformational Ecopsychology.

She brings with her a unique perspective as a Registered Yoga Teacher, offering mindfulness and somatic awareness as vital therapeutic tools. Laura is passionate about all forms of art and the potential for creativity in all areas of life and recovery.
