Laura Harder, LPC

Laura Harder is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for treating addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Laura completed her Master of Arts in Art Therapy and Counseling in 2015 at Southwestern College and has worked in outpatient mental health and residential settings throughout New Mexico and Arizona since 2013. Her training includes Trauma-Informed Care, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Somatic Action Methods, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), Sandtray Therapy, Family Therapy, Modern Attachment, and Transformational Ecopsychology. She is also the owner of Harder Counseling and Consulting, where she provides somatic psychotherapy, art therapy, and EMDR. Laura believes in the potential for creativity in all areas of life, healing, and recovery.
