Our Team
Meet our team.
Behind every successful recovery is a dedicated team of professionals. At Seven Arrows Recovery, our clinicians, therapists, and support staff bring expertise, empathy, and genuine care to everything they do.
Transformation is Our Keystone
Our Mission
At Seven Arrows Recovery, all individuals are met with love. We offer a salutogenic approach to the treatment of trauma and addiction. This means promoting well-being and resilience by enhancing our clients' strengths, resources, and sense of purpose. Our clinical program is elevated by the healing power of sacred land, community, and the use of ceremony. We help guide clients back to their center, a reconnection with themselves.

Growth is Our Guidepost
Our Vision
Our vision at Seven Arrows Recovery is to model a needed transformation in the treatment landscape, moving from an industry-driven model to a community-centered healing practice. Grounded in education, integrity, and presence, we weave hope into the fabric of the recovery journey, fostering lasting healing and connection.

A small, on-purpose roster
Credentialed and experienced.
Our clinical team carries multiple certifications across varying treatment modalities — chosen for depth of training and lived experience, not headcount.
Trauma-informed by default
Trauma specialists across the board.
The majority of our licensed staff and direct-care support are certified as trauma specialists or trauma clinicians, so trauma-aware practice is the floor, not a feature.
Around the clock, every day
24/7 on-site direct care.
On-site direct-care support with trauma-certified staff present every shift. The night does not feel different from the day.
The people you will meet
Individualized care, built into the structure.
Seven Arrows is intentionally designed as a small, highly attuned treatment environment where individualized care is built into the structure. Our entire team, from admissions to discharge, is highly trained and specialized in trauma-informed care and nervous system regulation. This means every interaction, not just therapy sessions, supports safety, resilience, and meaningful growth.
From your first call through discharge and beyond, you are supported by a cohesive team committed to reducing shame, fostering connection, and helping you move forward with purpose.

How we hire
We hire slowly, on purpose.
A small team only stays high-quality if every seat is filled with intention. Here’s how a Seven Arrows hire actually happens.
- 01
Lived experience first
Many of our hires come through alumni, partner clinicians, or recovery community referrals — not job-board churn.
- 02
Clinically rigorous
Licensure, supervision, and continuing-ed expectations are non-negotiable for every clinical and medical role.
- 03
Cultural fit, mutually
Final-stage candidates spend a day on the ranch with the team. We hire people we want to share a campus with for years.
Talk to a real person
The team you’ve just met is the team that picks up.
One call — answered 24/7 by a compassionate admissions team member. No phone trees, no scripted intake; just a 15-to-30 minute conversation about whether Seven Arrows is the right fit.
